Custom e-Commerce Solution with Doubled CVR

Loverte is an online perfume and makeup boutique started in 2009 with over 4500 products listed. It provides a detailed multi-device shopping experience with lots of automation features to cut down administration costs. Since working with them, their site has doubled its conversions and & managed to bump up their average cart value by 1.5 times.

Loverte has a highly organised and well-managed inventory with detailed product attributes to make navigation within its product base as easy as possible for the end customer. In cooperation, we reviewed their previous solution and built a completely new store from the ground up, eliminating all issues slowing down their growth as a business. Responsive design with mobile specific features

The whole site is completely responsive. Some parts of the site have been designed for the mobile from the ground up to get best customer experience possible. This includes conversion critical parts like product pages and of course the most important part - the checkout. In addition, the homepage uses a different approach on mobile devices. There are no sliders and the most prominent categories are gathered together like icons on the home screen for easy and quick access.

Product Management

Since one of the goals of the project was to increase average order value, we made it mandatory to use bundled products for presenting merchandise. It created a little more work for administrators but made it easier for customers to navigate through the product base. Additionally, it continues to encourage customers to buy at least a mid-size product. not the smallest/cheapest version.

The checkout process is one of the most important parts of any e-commerce site. In this case, we took into account all studies on the subject, that we could get our hands on, and applied it in practice. As a result, we decreased shopping cart abandonment and lowered call volumes to customer services during checkout.
